Abby + Jeremy Engagement Session

We have been planning this session for months. And of course the day we were supposed to do their session it was torrential down pouring. So we decided to reschedule. I was pretty bummed because I had been looking forward to meeting them. The weather even ended up being gorgeous around the time we would have done their shoot. But I guess thats what we get for living in the unpredictable Midwest!

We planned to meet a week later and the weather was even better than Saturday! I had had a chance to do some location scouting beforehand and picked out some random but fun spots. And honestly I am obsessed. They were the sweetest couple, endured a terrible 3 ours of traffic, and rocked their session. This made me even more excited than I already was for their wedding this September :) Lex and I have the honor of wedding AND photographing their big day and I cannot wait to see what awesomeness we can create for them. 

Fun fact: Abby almost missed her proposal. She had gone to watch Jeremy's baseball game (where he was going to ask her) and left early because she wasn't feeling well. Her friends told her to come back and it was SO worth it.
