Las Vegas 2016 - Day One

When Allie was asked what she wanted to do for her 30th birthday this year she said Vegas. So off we went! And it was so much fun. After watching TV shows and movies about Vegas, you have this very particular view in my head of what it was going to be like. But it was so different! 

We had a blast exploring the strip and checking out the lobbies/attractions of the hotels we ventured into. On the first day we easily got 15,000 steps in. We even saw my first Cirque Du Soleil show! It was incredible. I loved how they interrupted  The Beatles songs with their wild costumes and arial acrobatics. I just wish I was better at pronouncing the dang show's name. For some reason its been a struggle and I've just been going around and calling it Cir-que Day So Lay-Lay. While I can't pronounce it, I do appreciate this awesome show.
