Branding Photo Swap with Brigette Burgman Photography Blackwell Forest Preserve Warrenville Illinois

I met Brigette a few years ago at a wedding. She was a guest and we were the photographers. I had no idea until a few weeks later that she was also a photographer! Hard to have full conversations with people on wedding days. We started following each other and have been Instagram friends for the past year!

We had thrown out the idea of getting together to take photos of each other for our websites and social media. It took a few months to figure out the right time to do it. between being smart during a pandemic and making sure we can focus on our clients we were finally able to meet up in September! I don’t think I have done one of these outings where I hang out with a photographer and we shoot together since maybe right after college. It was so much fun and felt good to get out and just create.

So Brigette took photos of me on my camera and then I took photos of her on hers and then we swapped pair favorites so we could edit both. I am behind in sharing these but so happy to have a photog friend! She has been in warmer temps these past couple of months and will be until the spring but I hope we can collaborate again :)
