Knoblauch Family Session Bliss Woods Sugar Grove Illinois

Almost a year and a half ago, I did a big family session with the Knoblauch’s at Bliss Woods. It was SO hot that day so we were trying to stay in the shade. Everyone keep taking breaks to cool down but it was honestly one of my all time favorite family sessions.

They are all about the candids! Which I love. When I get an opportunity to photograph a family who just wants to be themselves, play, explore… I get so excited. This is what family sessions are all about! You creating memories with your kids while I take photos.

This time around it had just snowed a few days before and was pretty cold so they were all troopers while we were out in the snow! We then made out way back to their house to take some more photos. Sam mentioned how her girls love to dress up in her shoes and jewelry so we let them play for awhile. They were both SO excited to show me their room which was so fun :)
