Tina + AJ Blackwell Forest Preserve Engagement Session

Tina + AJ have been together for 9 years and are less than a year away from their wedding. It is going to be an extra exciting day!! I swear they have been practicing being in front of the camera everyday during those 9 years. They NAILED IT. They were up for every goofy idea I had AND had tons of ideas of their own. There is no question we had a blast running around Blackwell Forest Preserve!

One of their favorite things to do together is eat. Lex and I are all about that. Especially one of their favorite restaurants…Cilantro!! Have you been there?! It is AMAZING. We actually just went this past Friday ;) Their tiny quesadillas are the perfect size for me.

So it is no secret that I just love prompts over poses. Nothing worse than an awkward stiff photo that makes everyone uncomfortable. I have been waiting for months to try out this drunk walk prompt. Its goofy. I get it. So I didn’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable. I was so excited when they were up to be total goofballs with me and do some of the ridiculous things I ask! That is one of the things I love most about these two. They were just so much fun. They were laughing and teasing each other the entire time. Having a relationship where you don’t always have to take life too seriously is just a wonderful thing.
