Lagunitas Brewhouse Sales Event Summer 2019

A few years ago I got an email from Julia. (Seriously, check out her work. Julia is SO talented!) She said she was a Miami based photographer and might need a second shooter when she comes into Chicago to work with Lagunitas. We spoke on the phone and connected over our love of candid and colorful photography. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to help with the initial event she reached out about. I was traveling for a food show that day. I got another email from her earlier this summer about an upcoming event. Luckily I was available to second shoot for her! And it was SO MUCH FUN.

I have shot my fair share of sales meetings before but this was unlike any other. They are such a laid back group of people who are just incredibly passionate about what they do. Every person who went on that stage to speak just loved their job and was so excited to see where the company was going to go in 2020. The team drank beers and ate Portillos. And in-between speakers, circus performers would come on stage.
