Wedding Desserts of 2019

It may not be a secret ho much I FREAKING LOVE dessert detail shots. I always get so excited to see what couples have put out on the dessert table, if they are doing a cake or something else entirely, and just how it all looks. Because there is something so magical about a pastry in reception lighting especially when bokeh is in the background.

So I thought I would share some photos of all the fun things people did as well as tag a few vendors below in case you are in need of some ideas. In 2019 we saw a lot of donuts and I am not mad about it one bit. We also saw a lot of homemade desserts which is always so fun. And a great personal touch to the wedding when you can look back and say Aunt Sue made these or my mom and I were up half the night working on this.

I also want to note that if you don’t want a wedding cake, then don’t have one! There isn’t any rule that says you have to have one or your wedding doesn’t count. If you aren’t a fan of cake or you really love some other dessert. YOU DO YOU. Just a little food for thought ;)
