Marie and Jeremy Wicker Memorial Park Highland Indiana Wedding

Marie and Jeremy were married on a rainy and moody fall day at the Wicker Memorial Park in Highland, Indiana. As Marie and I were emailing, she mentioned nothing about their wedding had been traditional. They were married a few months before in a living room but threw a beautiful party with their loved on later in October. Their focus was on moments over poses which I am all about <3

During their couples photos I asked how they met and how long they had been together. Marie said they had known each other for about 10-11 years but had only been dating for about half of that. And they actually met at a bar! One of the things that stuck out most to me during their day was Jeremy’s brother’s speech. Marie has a 12 year old. He mentioned in his speech that he was so proud of his brother for becoming a father figure for her son all these years. That it takes a special kind of person to be a great step parent, and that he himself may not have been able to rise to the occasion quite like Jeremy has. It was so cool to see this family become official :)

It was clear from spending their day with them that Marie and Jeremy are loved by so many people. They were all so excited they were finally tying the knot ;) Congratulations you two!! I wish you both nothing but a lifetime of happiness.
