Amanda and George Blumen Gardens Sycamore Illinois Summer Wedding

Amanda and George were married last August on the rooftop of their condo at sunset. It was an absolutely gorgeous evening with their immediate families. This past July they got to have their big celebration at Blumen Gardens in DeKalb with all of their friends and family. Two totally different celebrations but equally as beautiful.

What I love about both days was that they are proof that no matter how you get married, each wedding had its own unique details and moments that helped tell the story of their day. When they got married on their rooftop, Amanda and George had the most insane golden hour. It was incredible. And when they got married at Blumen it was sprinkling all morning so we definitely had some gloomy vibes. Two totally different weather scenarios but I loved them both!

It was also so much fun to hang out with their families again who are just SO much fun. Love when you walk into a wedding day and you are equally just as excited to spend time with the couple as you are their family. And boy, did this family know how to throw a party! They promised a good dance floor this summer and they did not disappoint.
