Macie Chicago Riverwalk Head Shots

Lex and I got to run around with Jennifer Grey one morning. And it was AWESOME.

Just kidding. This is Macie but doesn't she looked just like Jennifer Grey when she was in Ferris Buller's Day Off and Dirty Dancing?! Macie found us through our friend Madison when se posted photos from her head shot shoot weeks earlier. Macie had gotten some typical head shots taken for work and was not a fan at all. She wanted something a little more fun and a little more real. We ran all over the Riverwalk on that cold March morning but it was so much fun. Macie was a natural in front of the camera. When I was little I would have killed for curls like that!

We dropped Macie off at the end of her session. Lex and I both looked at each other and go "did we just become best friends?" It was like we had all been friends forever. She is a huge Harry Potter fan which basically sealed our friendship fate and explored the Hobbit homes while traveling through New Zealand with her Dad and his girlfriend. She's also all about nontraditional engagement rings. Not to mention she let me try every odd idea I had for her portraits. Could she be any cooler?
