Tina and AJ Bolingbrook Golf Club Wedding

I knew from the moment we met at their engagement session that we were going to have some fun together. Couples who play my games or do my prompts are my favorite and on top of that they even had their own ideas! AJ was all about the goofy photos :)

It had to be one of the COLDEST wedding days we have shot. And we shot 3 winter weddings between December 2018 and January 2019. They had found this bridge for their first look so Lex and AJ took a golf cart out first to get situated and then Tina, Zach and I followed. Tina was such a trooper! We are not sure where we are going and of course I am in charge, I’m the worst with directions. And we are driving around this golf course as the wind is blowing and it feels like its about 20 degrees. We eventually made it to the spot but had to hide behind a tree and in between 2 dumpsters to get couples photos. You would never know though, it was a completely gorgeous spot.

This was probably one of the most decked out receptions we have been to as well. Yanni Design Studio was to thank for the incredible florals and decor. Their reception room was split into 2 for the ceremony but the moment we were done with family formals and they pulled the walls back it was magic! I mean just take a look for yourself. The team did a phenomenal job.

I always like to get a feel of what is most important to my couples on their wedding day at their engagement session. Besides getting married of course ;) Tina and AJ instantly said the fun dancing photos. This was a couple after my own heart! If you have been following along for awhile, you know how this is my favorite part of the day. At one point, AJ and his groomsmen came out to “What Does The Fox Say?” in fox and horse masks. It was the best thing ever.

Congratulations to such a fun couple!! I could not imagine a more perfect day for you two. I hope it was everything you dreamed up and more <3
